Not clean rooms, Queen double not good!

Was rated as 2.5 stars on websites, but found this was not a worthy hotel in Flagstaff. Double queen suite was offered as two rooms attached inside from the side wall door. Not so good.

Not the greatest, but adequate

It was fine. The AC worked well, as did the TV. There was free Internet access. The edge of the carpet was frayed. The bottom ring of a lamp shade on one of the lights on the wall was detatched. The micro wave, refrigerator, and free breakfast were all a plus.

Great surprise for us!

While on vacation, we stayed at four different hotels, the Hotel Aspen was by far the best of them all.. the rooms were very clean and the pillow top mattress was so very comfortable!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was complete and we completely enjoyed the social hour!! This was the best!!! I had not used [...]before and this was such a treat to find this hotel, I never would have found without!!!

Good value family vacation

Very fair hotel. Good value for money. Morning breakfast is very good, hot and has great variety and taste. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Rooms are average but the locale and hot breakfast, social hour make up. Given the rates, this is a great overall value.
