Flagstaff stay

This hotel was not super nice but it was comfortable, friendly and had a great setup for free breakfast which my family appreciated after being on the road for two weeks. Great location except for nearness of very well used railroad. Got used to trains they weren't a major issue just unexpected.

Highly inefficient administration

We four adults stayed for 5 nights in a suite for four adults. Bath linen was supplied for only two adults and we had to request additional linen first two evenings before requesting that notation be given to staff of four occupants. Room phone was out of order. Laundry detergent vending machine was out of order. When we used the motel computer for obtaining boarding passes for our flight home the printer printed 3 of the passes and ran out of paper. The printer kept jamming after paper refill so that we never could print our fourth pass. The following morning I had to remind them to put an out of order sign on the printer.Front desk personnel changed on each of our five days so that we never saw any one person more than one time. The best thing we experienced there were the superb breakfasts prepared and monitored by Adrian and the wonderful spirit in which he performed his duties. The beds also were very comfortable. Under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time.

not what we expected

We were traveling across the country and staying in a different hotel/motel each night. We got to Flagstaff after dark, read on-line descriptions of various motels and chose this one. It was clean, but old and our room needed maintenance. It did not compare to other places we had stayed in this price range. The breakfast was the best part of our stay.

Nice place,Great location

We stayed for three nights there, first night was a twin beds room and two nights in a king suites. I would defenately suggest take the downstairs suites, it is more spacious. Despite the soft bed and over washed linens, the hotel is good, especially there's a supermarket and pharmacy almost just right next door!

Quick overnight stay

Traveled to Flagstaff for a softball tournament and needed a place to stay overnight. Checked in late afternoon, staff was friendly and accomodating. Upon entering room, I was pleasantly surprised to have a generous sitting room with couch, tv, desk area and television, separate from the bath/bedroom. Great value for the space, close to downtown Flagstaff and clean room. I will return.

Not a 3 Star hotel.

This was a great location, with a nice social hour and breakfast, so I understand. Based upon our travel, we did not take advantage of these amenities. Nevertheless, I have seen better one and two star hotels.
