terrible experience!!!
We stayed in the hotel for 3 days at the end of December The room was very small and hard to move around for a family of four. The bed spreads were dirty and they only provided 3 bath towels. When we called housekeeping, after a long day of skiing, an hour later we had still not received the towels. My husband ended up using 2 hand towels to dry off. As we left to go to dinner,we stopped by the front desk to address the situation, the person never resolved the problem. Also,we chose this hotel because of the Jacuzzi and pool. The pool was too cold for my children to swim in.The jacuzzi was not working and you could see filth floating in it. When we checked out I spoke to the on duty manager and she stated I would receive a call to try and comp us for all of the inconvenience . I NEVER got a call. When I called back, I was told they would not be refunding or comping anything because we purchased the reservation through this site.

NICE!
Breakfast was yummy and hot. Beds were comfy but I could still hear the train. Just be aware of that when you're booking. Also, the pool was not as heated as I would have liked.

Perfect location when visiting Grand Canyan, Sadona and Out Of Africa............ We were infact shocked that second day, our room was not cleaned and beds were not made. We came back late so there was no reason to call the front desk and request the room service that late.

Good for a one night stopover
We always like Holiday Inn Express for an overnight stopover while on the road. The room was average but clean, free breakfast available, in-room coffee. But a couple of the lamps didn't work.

Perfect stay. Advise with the family.
Was only for two nights. My aim was to visit the Canyon and the Red Rocks. Perfect hotel nothing went wrong. Personnel were very nice. But although I asked advice about a day Jeep Safari in the region, lady at the reception just gave the brochures. I would expect some advise. Was a perfect stay. I advise to stay with the family.

If you wish to take jeep tour, please book at least two days before. There are various safari companies. Be careful in choosing (did not want to give any company name - ask as soon as you arrive)

Good place to stay with kids
This is a good place to stay if you have kids as this hotel is a no frills place with a free decent breakfast and an afternoon lemonade with cookies. Cons beds as soft as the floor , thin sheets and top covers, no frig , very little closet space, shower water kept spiking to to very hot; made for a quick morning wake ups ;) and finally no business support center + slow wifi.

Breakfast was great! Having games down in that area was nice for families. The only downfall was the strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway and a broken ice machine. Oh and no fitness facilities except a pool.

Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff -- Stay Aw
This hotel has the hardest, most uncomfortable beds that I've ever tried to sleep on. My daughter chose the couch before I could get to it. The light beside the bed did not work. The toilet was slow and you had to hold the lever down to get that to even happen.
