"Unbeatable location for the price"
The staff was friendly and eager to help and offer advice on where to eat and with directions. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was large enough and the beds were comfortable. We both slept very well. The location was central to Sedona, The Grand Canyon and Meteor Crater. From New York City to Flagstaff, Hampton always has clean rooms and does not disappoint.

it was a place to sleep and shower
i have stayed at other hampton inns that were much better. for the proce i paid i expected more. the room was very nice and clean and comfortable except the pillows felt like rubber bubbles with a pillow case around them. the continental breakfast was mediocer at best, maybe have fewer choices but better quality. lastly i really enjoy a seating area to read and there was none, indoor or out.

Great Service
Like all Flagstaff hotels, there is a lot of noise from railroad trains. We got snowed in and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were great. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and hot tub

Great/Comfortable Hotel
Hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was a great location for our needs --- which were to travel to various sites --- Painted Desert/Petrified Forest/Meteor Crater. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful in referring us to restaurants nearby. Complimentary Continental Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a great value for the location.

Dining tip:
Not Applicable
We arrived on a Saturday and were surprised to find that many of the restaurants closed 9-10pm. (Considering that we arrived late, this was an issue, but we did find something to eat!) Also, some of the recommended restaurants were closed on Sunday and/or Monday...So, do not plan to have a full choice at any given hour, but food can be found!

Pass through trip
Hotel is a standard Hampton inn. Rooms seemed a tiny bit smaller than normal but clean as normal.

Overall good performance
Overall, I believe the amenities were good and the staff was very friendly; however, the management needs to be aware of the peddlers that come onto their property and disturb the guests, as well as, puts their safety at risk. If this issue is dealt with with security, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I did like the fact that Hampton Inn provided a full breakfast. This was a key factor for choosing this particular hotel.
