The lobby was pretty and well decorated for the holidays but the rooms were just average. I ordered room service that did not get delivered. When I called I was told they lost my order. They did make up for it by giving me the food for free but it
was 2 hours after I was hoping to eat. There was only lukewarm water in the morning when I took my shower around 7am.
First off, the hotel could not be found with GPS. The reservation was booked well in advance and upon arrival I was told the only room left was first floor right behind the check in desk. No view, and this is not a cheap hotel. The room was very
small, mold along the seams in the bathroom and appeared to be mold in some spots on the ceiling in room. We ordered breakfast for the next day, the food was late, cold and they did not bring the correct juice, which was clearly marked. I normally do not write reviews after my stays but this hotel was a major disappointment.
Front desk staff was a bit below par. They never explained to me where my room was, I wandered around a bit until I realized it was in another building connected to the hotel. Also when I asked somebody a question they always had to ask another
person in the back. Room service was late when I ordered in, This is a pet friendly hotel and had a dog barking most of the night on my last day, Gym could be a little better. Bartender Dave was a riot and quite entertaining and helpful. Shuttle service was very accommodating. All in all it was not a horrible experience but they have some improvements to make.
At check-in we were told the room we reserved two months ago was not available. They offered us a different style room but couldn't discount it because we booked through this website. The property is in need of updating and it seemed they were
doing some work on it.
We....I and family went to grand canyon.az on the way we planned to stay in flagstaff. AZ we picked double tree because we like the Hiltons brand...This property was very nice. The room was very clean and had plenty of room for us all. The staff
was friendly and very helpful. . We would come back and recommend staying here

Nice restaurant that was packed on Friday nite.
Location close to old town and university. Will use this hotel again.
Smell of skunk in rooms. Building work going on. Ac from other rooms very noisy. Other visitors very noisy both nights of our stay.
The staff were very understanding and helpful, but it appears there was little they could do.
