Friendly Flagstaff

I have stayed with your establishment on many occassions and have always found the accomodations and service very much to my satisfaction. As of yet I have no complaints and due to the fact that I do stay for extended periods of time, I would have no problem in letting you know of any delinquencies. The staff have always been cheerful, the room quite comfortable, and the location situated quite conveniently to where i need to go.

It was nice that we had a refrigerator, microwave and a cooler that blew cold air and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for.

We stayed at Days Inn for NAU Graduation. The room and service was good enough for one night. Everything worked properly and we were not disturbed by the train. The location was close and we would definitely stay again.

Paid too much.... and got a stinky room!

This hotel was less than average. The hotel is actually a Travelodge which was very confusing. They have Days Inn decorations, but nowhere on the outside of the hotel does it say Days Inn. When I got there, the lady at the front desk asked if I booked a smoking room, which I didn't, and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for me. I showed her my reservation and told her that I specifically requested a non-smoking room and she still told me unfortunally there was nothing they could do. Since it was graduation weekend, I was stuck in a room that smelled gross. The blankets had burn holes in them and the sliding glass door didn't work to air out the room. The only thing that saved the stay was the bar that is connected to the hotel. I won't be back to this hotel again.

A good time was had

This is not the first time we've stayed and for a couple of reasons: 1. price, 2. location, 3. service, 4. Indoor pool and 5. the lounge All of us enjoy the stay and enjoy the attention yet privacy at the same time. No hassles.. except a few improvements with upgrades to the premise going on. Making getting in and around the building a wee bit hard. Other than that.. I enjoy the stay and most likely will be staying again!! Can't wait to see when all the renovations are complete. Also have raffle tickets from the lounge for a cool Cardinals helmet cooler~Super Bowl Sunday here we come!!

Depends on what your in the mood for. But pretty much everything is just a short drive downtown or to the west side: Chinese, Indian, American, Mexican, Tai, Sushi, Burgers, Pizza.. just depends on what you feel

Great Weekend near Grand Canyon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Flagstaff. The indoor pool and hot tub were welcome after a long drive in from New Mexico. The staff was friendly and very accomadating. We will definitely be staying here again. Even though there was no breakfast, the restaurant across the street was inexpensive and the food was great.
