Below average stay
The room was clean, however no coffee in room, no pad & pen at phone,cups not replaced one day,no clock,no tissues in bathroom,the shower was terrible. The valves were all corroded with white residue, and the room was right next to the laundry and the machines were loud and the staff talking in front of our room woke us up every morning. The location was very good close to eating places and shopping. Would not select this place again to stay found better for the future.

Pleasantly Surprised
The customer feedback was very poor, so it was with apprehension that we choose this motel, as no others were available. But the room was great!! It had a microwave and fridge, the bed was fine, and the room was very clean. The owner was very pleasant and eager to please. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, and price was great.

Unbeatable location for the price
This Cottonwood Motel's location is very good in regard to dining, shopping, and access to various points of interest to visit.
