Okay for the price
Breakfast was okay not anything to wow about. Hallways were dark and gloomy Fitness center had one treadmill that did not work and one elipse machine. The suites were small but very clean. The bathrooms need updating.

Location is across from chandler fashion center which has lots of excellent restaurants. They also offer a shuttle, but I found out through happenstance.

Good hotel
The Windmill Suites was a good hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the maid service was extraordinarily good. First, a couple of little things that could have been better: The pool was a little small. When there were more than a few people in, it was crowded. Also, we tried to get early check-in (before 4pm) and couldn't because the room wasn't ready. However, the front desk staff was very apologetic about it. In addition, the cleaning staff was very good (which could be why the cleaning took longer). They even managed to squeeze in a room cleaning when we left the room late in the day.

Nice place
Went there because they advertised bikes to use,6 out of the 8 bikes were broken. The food ran out in the morning breakfast event. The pool furniture was sparse and worn out.

Nicest independent hotel!
Staff: Exceptional Facilities: Well maintained, very comfortable. Continental Breakfast: Nice and simple and available for room delivery at 6am with a variety of newspapers. Location: Across from Fashion Plaza and Nordstroms

Great place!

Neighborhood Hotel
Several nights were spent at this neighborhood hotel because of inability to operate the air conditioner or cook meals at home. The location is very convenient to home and close to many restaurants. The hotel is also very quiet with clean rooms.
