Very nice!

Nice clean hotel casino. The only issue is the 24/7 restaurant. It is often understaffed and had we had to wait for seating. Could use another restaurant and/ or a Buffett. Casino points are pretty much useless. All things considered, we would go back but might have to leave to eat dinner.

vacation

We really had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and expedited all our requests. Water was always available free from the front desk which helped a lot. Poolside service was very nice. If I had any suggestions it would be more cabanas at a bit cheaper rate.

Fitness Gym Problem

Overall the stay was good. However, this place, like so many others, failed to provide adequate cleaning supplies in the fitness gym. What cleanup wipes were there were dried out and even brittle. You are exercising in someone else's filth if you chose to use the gym so be prepared by bringing your own wipes.

Visiting college friiend

This hotel was not able to aaccomodate us on the first night we had reserved-April 3 as they overbooked, even though we made reservation in February. They did however make us another reservtion for that night at a different hotel a in the area. They also offered to reimburse our credit ard for that night-I am still trying to get the reimbursement-have called several times. The hotel they put us at for the night of the 3rd had its computers down so we could not check in early and when we did check in it was a long line as they had to do it manually and put us in older part of hotel as they did not know whwich of new rooms were available. The rest of the trip we were at the wld horse which was fine-had very nice accomations, etc.

Pool is particularly nice

Heated pool is nice when the water otherwise wouldn't be that perfect temperature. Food options in Casino are broad enough. Try not to lose all your money in one night, fellow slots players (ha ha - played a number of nights on designated cash).

Cozy, classy and a great value.

My wife and I spent a week at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel Casino and it was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was prompt and very courteous at all times. We do a lot of traveling and are very use to the overcrowded Las Vegas style resorts. This is not the case with the Wild Horse, it is a big but not a gigantic casino offering a perfect size of comfort because it doesn’t take you a half hour to walk from your room to a restaurant, to the pool, or to the casino. We found it a breath of fresh air; it has a very nice salt water pool, one of the best poker rooms I’ve visited on the West Coast, and a “Shula’s Steak House.” There are several other restaurants such as Café 24/7 (which is open 24/7) and a “Ling and Louie’s” Chinese restaurant which are excellent and gentle on the pocket too. We will return!
