What you need for the price you need!!...Clean Room, Digital TV, little too softe bed but OK for the night, ...Cozy type Hotel...l'd say..

"This Motel is nothing special"
The beds were very soft and it felt like you were laying in a hole. The room didn't really have space to move around in. The lightbulb was out in little hallway after you opened the door, when we asked the maid if it could be fixed she had no idea that there was a lightbulb there, it never was fixed. We had to ask for kleenex and toilet paper because there wasn't enough. We stayed two nights and when we came back on Thursday (Thanksgiving) our keys didn't work so we had to go to the front desk and call for someone to redo our keys.

Denny's is across the street and if you show them your hotel card key you can get 20% off you meal bill, and the really good thing is it has good food.

Not so good
Our key was made wrong so after a long day had to go to desk and have it fixed. Bathroom was not very clean, bathtub stained.Sheets didn't stay on bed. TV was very fuzzy.

Wait until the construction is DONE!!!!
We were looking for Real Estate. The location was great, but they should of closed during construction. We would come back for a little rest in the middle of the day and it was impossible to rest or even have some quiet time for fear the ceiling was going to cave in! It started at 6:30 in the morning and didn't end until 10:00. Then the construction workers would go have breakfast before the guest, so you were lucky to get coffee! They need to close to remodel!!!!!
