Just Okay
it advertised breakfast but they had just completed their breakfast room and do not include breakfast at this time. we tried to get coffee in the lobby and one was almost water and the other cold. we nicely let the front desk know and she got up and walked out of the room without speaking to us. it was just odd. later she came out and told us the coffee was fresh now. No excellence in customer service.

Great Stay, friendly staff.
When I booked, the only room choices available were smoking rooms. Once I got to the hotel, i was told i was placed in a smoking, handicapped room. I asked the staff if it was possible to change it. The staff was more than happy to accommodate my request. Also, check in time was 1:00pm I arrived around 11:45am. They were able to work with us and get us checked in at that time. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bit pricey but the service was worth the extra cost vs other value hotels.

Nice Hotel
We only stopped in for 6 hours to sleep, it was quiet and clean. However, due to construction, there was no breakfast. Other than that, it was good value.

noisy AC from neighbor room below and sides
due to my complaint of the noisy AC from below, the staff let me switch to a different room and the AC from a near by room is so noisy it kept me from falling asleep. ARGGGGGGGGG!

Best Value
If you are looking for a place to stay for Gila Wild Horse, it doesn't get more economical than this. Room is fine and best value around.

So much better!
I switched to this hotel from the Knight's Inn Airport (read my review of that hotel!) which was my worst hotel experience ever and knew I could depend on Red Roof to be very good. The sad thing was that it was only an average of $2 a night more than Knight's Inn for that weekend but oh so much better! Thank You Red Roof for restoring my faith that there are still decent affordable hotels!

Red Roof Inn Phoenix Chandler Review
I like this hotel. I was in AZ for business and I need a place for 1 night stay. People in the reception were nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable so in the morning I start my day in a very good mood.
