Good Area
Would have gave it another stars but rooms weren't up to par with the pictures. Furniture in rooms have seen better days but where comfy. I did have problems with the sleep number bed. I would highly recommend to ask for your room to be cleaned as soon as you leave because they do take a while. Very friendly staff. I would stay their again.

Not satisified; will not stay again.
The lobby is very nice and newly remodeled. Once you get on the elevator to head to the rooms, it appears like a much older hotel. The noise level was awful; especially when the police are interviewing people for an arrest in the hallway at 5:30 a.m. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Description of hotel stated the pool was heated; it was not.

retired world traveler
Radisson experience
This was our 1st trip to the Phoenix area. Having known nothing of the place-where to stay etc, Chandler was as good as any other area and a Radisson Hotel seemed like a good place to stay. There were many motel "noises" during the night (motors running and so forth) not guest noises. The motel had a restaurant of sorts, not extensive menu but would do. Problem is-they had no chef and no one to take charge until one could be found. Of all the (breakfast or dinner) menu items available, only hamburgers or salad could be prepared. So much for eating at the hotel. There were plenty of eateries within driving distance.

OK But Nothing Special
Motel was good as far as location, but nothing special. Breadfast was not included, which is a negative. Probably will try to find another motel next visit to Chandler.

Nice quiet getaway.
The room was nice and quiet. There should be a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There should be a free continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and the property was nice. Close to good places to eat within walking distance.

Quick Trip
People here are friendly. However, this cannot begin to make up for the dirty room! I actually used one of the washcloths and hot water to clean off the desk, dresser, night stands, remote, clock, TV........the rag was black and reddish-brown by the time I was done and one could not wash that out.....it was disgusting! I don't think the room has really been cleaned for months. Air works great but then it never shuts off; have to power it off. I will not stay here again.

Quick Stay Easter Weekend
The Radisson exceeded expectations. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, sleeping number beds were comfortable. Hotel looks a bit run down already and rooms could use flat screen TVs, but overally, excellente value and very good location if you have business to take care in Chandler or Tempe.
