Housekeeping fit for third world country
Checked in Friday at 4pm. Lipstick on glass when I went to take a drink. Sunday, returned to room 9pm. Bed not made, just smoothed over and indentations where someone had sat on comforter. Half cup of coffee not emptied, no coffee replaced for the next morning.

Quick Trip
People here are friendly. However, this cannot begin to make up for the dirty room! I actually used one of the washcloths and hot water to clean off the desk, dresser, night stands, remote, clock, TV........the rag was black and reddish-brown by the time I was done and one could not wash that out.....it was disgusting! I don't think the room has really been cleaned for months. Air works great but then it never shuts off; have to power it off. I will not stay here again.

Radisson experience
This was our 1st trip to the Phoenix area. Having known nothing of the place-where to stay etc, Chandler was as good as any other area and a Radisson Hotel seemed like a good place to stay. There were many motel "noises" during the night (motors running and so forth) not guest noises. The motel had a restaurant of sorts, not extensive menu but would do. Problem is-they had no chef and no one to take charge until one could be found. Of all the (breakfast or dinner) menu items available, only hamburgers or salad could be prepared. So much for eating at the hotel. There were plenty of eateries within driving distance.

Not satisified; will not stay again.
The lobby is very nice and newly remodeled. Once you get on the elevator to head to the rooms, it appears like a much older hotel. The noise level was awful; especially when the police are interviewing people for an arrest in the hallway at 5:30 a.m. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Description of hotel stated the pool was heated; it was not.

Nice and Friendly hotel
The only thing I wished there was in the room would be a small refridgerator. Would of liked to keep some things cold. We were their for 4 nights. I liked the fact that the room was cleaned everyday. The lady that cleaned our room was very friendly and cleaned well. The rest of the staff was always helpful. We had to ask for directions many times and they were all very helpful with that and very accomadating. I would suggest this hotel to family, friends.

Short drive from hotel
We found a great restaurant just down the street. It's called Wonderful Wanda's. They only serve breakfast and lunch but great food and good prices. We went every morning.

Radisson Chandler Blvd
check in was difficult, the card that was supplied was being declined, but they gave us a cash deposit option. the room was nice and big, only bad thing was after the 1st night and they cleaned, nothing was restocked (cups, shampoo, towels) had to go to the desk and as for them.
