Very clean and comfortable

I would definitely stay here again. It's very clean, the staff is very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very clean (although there was someone's leftover in the refrigerator). The property has a restaurant, bar and a small Starbucks in the lobby.

Very nice!

Hotel is very nice, one of the nicer Hilton Hotels that I've visited. Maid service was a little above average, but not the best I've had. Amenities are excellent. Front desk service was great. Room was very new and well furnished. Loved the walk-in shower.

Very nice hotel

Get hotel. Very very comfy beds! One of the nicest beds ive slept on. Its right next to the freeway and behind the chandler mall. Very close to a lot of restaurants. Hotel did NOT smell of any smoke whats so ever. In the morning they had a very nice breakfast spread. I did not try any but looked good as i passed it on the way out of the hotel. My girlfriend loved the individual coffee cup maker. No need to make a whole pot. The only things we didnt like was there was no mini fridge. Its was 110 outside and no place to keep water cold. They use low flow water shaver shower heads so the shower didnt feel that great

Worst corporate event ever.

Their corporate events liaison is petty, rude, and arrogant. The room and service were terrible. From the cockroaches to the absence of garbage cans, the place was dirty. The price was misquoted as low, and was in fact ridiculously high. We typically get two full days of space for what we paid for a couple hours at the Phoenix-Chandler Hilton. We got taken, and now you can avoid it by booking your corporate events somewhere else. There are plenty of better options.

Hilton in Chandler, Arizona

This hotel was awesome. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location was across the street from the mall and the hotel provides free shuttle service anywhere within a five mile radius from morning till late at night. The hotel is new, about 4 months old, and is very inviting. I have stayed at quite a few other hotels in the past but never a Hilton before and I will definitely book at Hilton in the future and if I ever get back to the same area in Arizona, this hotel will be my first and only choice to stay at. The food was delicious and the service was great. The room was cleaned by very kind housekeepers if you are there when they clean it. Everyone is professional yet very friendly. The lobby bar is a great place to relax and the bartenders are definitely people persons as they talk and chat with all the patrons. I was there by myself for business and they were wonderful and did not let me sit there with only my own thoughts to occupy my time as they asked questions and made you feel like you were with friends. The check-in took longer than expected but the staff was polite and offered me free drink tickets for the bar as well as free appetizers. They locked my baggage in a room and I took the free shuttle to the mall to do some shopping while my room was being readied. I do have to comment on the fact that my flight landed hours before the check-in time and they still offered to accommodate me while I waited. I have never stayed at a place where everyone was so friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone going to the Phoenix/Chandler area. It definitely deserves a score of 10 or higher in my book. The dining options are limited and a bit pricey but the food they offer is good and I ate most meals at the hotel. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are many options at the mall across the street.
