The not so good, the bad, and the ugly !
Our hotel was Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Chandler/Fashon Center 1100 South Price Road The first night there, we had no remote in the room and the bathroom light was burned out. The next day, the breakfast service was very poor and insufficient amounts were brought out. The second day, we came back in the evening and the carpets had not been vacuumed, trash was not emptied, there were no clean towels and no kleenex replacement. They seemed to be very understaffed. Wake-up call request was even ignored. We've never stayed in a hotel that was so ill prepared for customers.

upset gramma
Air mattresses aren't that comfortable!
Went for a soccer tournament we booked a room with 2 Queen beds for 3 of us. Upon arrival was told the computer reserved 1King. They had no other rooms available and a rollaway was not available either. We had to go buy an air mattress & pump to sleep 2 nights. [...] I had my email on my phone for confirmation and it made no difference room was nice but not what we booked. We will not choose Marriott again!

Great Thanksgiving Vacation
Room was nice and had nice amenities. Front desk was not always open so we had to walk over to other hotel front desk. Food/snack items way over priced!! Breakfast was nice but crowded!

Fairfield is like coming home
My daughter and I were here because of a family emergency but three weeks ago were on the opposite coast at a Fairfield for a family reunion. It is a great comfort to know your surroundings and have staff trained to assist you in any way.

In Chandler Az Coutyard Marriott was connected by a walkway to Fairfield and we didn't have to leave to have the gym access, Bistro, computer support and everything we needed which was so priceless as we had no car and everything was rushed because of an emergency.

Family ReUnion
We had the pleasure of staying at this location for a family affair. We enjoyed the ease of access to all freeways,shopping and entertainment. The staff was super accomidating and the level of cleanliness was inpectable. I would recommend this establishment to all and will definetly be back again and again and again. "Tuche' for a job well done!"

great place to stay
the hotel was clean quiet and a great breakfast. The beds were very comfortable too. I had a wonderful stay there and would love to stay there again. I had absolutely no problems there and a really nice curious friendly staff. I would recommend it to everyone.
