Do it again
Great location downtown Chandler, restaurants, brewery, shops all a stone throw away. Staff was great, nice pool/Jacuzzi and just a perfect place for our needs. Next time hope to have time to golf at the golf course. Will be on my top 2 list for sure when returning about every 6 weeks!!!!

Beautiful setting
We have stayed here many times and it is a beautiful place. But we felt this time they were saving money on little items that made for a less special feeling for this hotel. Also the housekeeping was not up to par. But overall, it is a nice place to stay.

The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area near the civic center. The staff is courteous and professional. The room was very clean, fresh and comfortable. I will choose this hotel again when staying in Chandler AZ. VERY SATISFIED!

Close to the local mall and major casinos as well as the civic center and local pub's and restaurants.. Pub's and restaurants are walking distance and the mall and casinos are a short drive away.

Good location, friendly staff
We've stayed here on numerous occasions with our kids. It is in a convenient location, especially if you are visiting Chandler. The highway (202) is only a mile away for quick and easy access to Phoenix and beyond. The pool is great and the hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are adequate, but not exceptional. There are numerous reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is pretty large, so if you or your kids want to be close to the pool, make sure to ask when you check-in. The last time we stayed I forgot to ask and we ended up with a room far from the pool.

Nice getaway
Nice clean place, the grounds are kept up well,with a real nice pool area. Lots of little resturants close by that are fantastic.

Nice hotel, good value
Overall, I was happy with my stay. Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, and decent value for the money. It was also a good location. While downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are about a half hour drive, there were numerous restaurants, bars and shops within 1-2 blocks of the hotel. The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Chandler.
