NOT HAPPY
HOTEL ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED VERY WELL, THERE WAS A BRA STRAP LEFT FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER, TOILET CONTINUED TO RUN ALL NIGHT, DID NOT REPLACE ANY BATH PRODUCTS, HAIR IN SHOWER STALL AND ON FLOOR, IRON DID NOT WORK, LOW WATER PRESSURE IN SINK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, MAYBE IN ANOTHER CITY, NOT THIS ONE

Weekend Vacationer
Watch out! Construction!
There is tons of road construction going on all the freeways connected to finding this location. Was extremely difficult getting to the correct exit. Nothing aside from more hotels, truck stops and a few fast food places to eat. The "Free Complimentary breakfast" consisted of only dry cereal. The beds were more uncomfortable than the floor. But the free wifi was nice and the room was clean.

Trainriders
Affordable and clean!
We were on our way to the Amtrak station in Memphis. Our train was scheduled to leave at 6:50 a.m. the next day. We didn't want to risk being late for it so we stayed in West Memphis. My wife was worried that the motel would be sub-standard because of the affordable price but she was pleased with the accommodations. We didn't need a five-star motel but it suited our needs perfectly.

Our room was overall clean, however the tub needed a scrub brush.
