The only problem we had is they didnt have a coffee pot in the room . The safe in the room would not open either.

wont stay here again
I Choose this hotel bc it was close enough for why I needed to go to springdale/rogers area. Having thought that it would be a good choice of hotels. But man was I wrong. The man who checked me in seemed upset bc if the way I reserved the room. Thinking maybe he was just having a bad day I blew it off and went up to my room. Once getting into my room w troubles w my key card the room stank of bad body odor, electrical sockets in the vanity area didn't work, no iron, & the shower hardly even had a "drip stream" to shower w. All in all for being newly renovated it was definatly not up to any 3 star hotel par definnatly needs a clean & tune up. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They need to bring their rooms back up to code before renting them out to anyone.

Any type of dining you could think of is just down the street w great friendly service and awsome food. Same w just about any shopping you could ever think of doing.

Needs maintenance
Was in the area for a football game. The price was not a bargain as the entire facility was in poor repair. Everything from the coffeemaker to the tub faucet were broken.

Needs some attention
The hotel appeared very old, which I suppose it is. The exterior could use some updating. There were signs of age in the room also, cracks and spots which appeared to have been repaired. The pool area was very unappealing. I didn't use it, but only walked through. There were mattresses stacked next to the pool Then, I saw bed frames in the yard between the pool room and my room. My friend who lives there said they were having a bed sale or something. I still think this mess is inexcusable. It looked so dumpy. My room seemed to be very clean, but the bottom sheets were not fitted and were never tucked under the mattress very well, so they came untucked during the night and I found myself sleeping on bare mattress. I tried the breakfast there the last morning before I left for the airport. It was the most meager choices I have ever seen at such a breakfast. I made the best of it.

This hotel is in a busy area where there are many other businesses. There is a very good restaurant next door which serves only breakfast and lunch.
