No TV's in Suite
Booked a Suite for the weekend. Both televisions in the suite were on the blink. I would be watching NBC and it would switch over to the food network for no reason. The bedroom TV did no work the entire weekend. We asked for a technician to check on it when we arrived Friday night - We left Sunday morning and no one ever attempted to work on the problem.

What stands out here was the friendly staff. If I had a question, they were eager to help me. The room was nice and clean. I did check in in the early afternoon, which was a little earlier than usual, I guess, and it took a few moments for someone to get to the front desk-a bell or something would solve that problem. Once someone was there, they were great.

Pleasant stay
All we did in our several hours at the motel was shower and sleep. It was nicely equipped for what we needed. I left a note indicating two minor maintenance problems that the staff probably didn't notice in cleaning the room between residents. The small number of staff members we met were cheerful and more than friendly. Being so close to the Interstate, we did hear the trucks, but it wasn't terrible.

While you're in Springdale or Fayetteville, you absolutely must dine at "James At The Mill". This was the first time we've been back to Springdale in 10 yrs. and HAD to go back to our favorite place.

Friendly staff. Room small but really very agreeable. Great coffee. Warm cookies when we arrived. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel and comfortable lobby area
Nice comfortable hotel with good lobby area. Great access to major freeways and a safe environment. Very few places to dine in the vacinity.
