Enjoy our complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast on extended stays of 2 days or more with rates of $59 and up. (Limit 2 per room and breakfast not valid on football weekends) We are only minutes from the University of Arkansas, NE Medical Hospital, Washington Regional Hospital, Springdale Airport, NW Arkansas Convention Center, WalMart Corporate Office, Fayetteville Lake, Arkansas Naturals Minor League Baseball Club, and Beaver Lake. We are the only 3 star rated hotel directly across from the Walmart Supercenter. The Executive Inn and Suites with NEWLY RENOVATED ROOMS and outdoor pool is located in Springdale, AR off I-540 at exit 72, East to 71b.

Avoid

Advertise hot buffet breakfast. Desk said they did not have breakfast. Wanted to change our room from king to queen. Said did not know when king whould be available. When told this was not acceptable they had a king.

not going back

the room was a no smoking room that wreaked of smoke. i had to wash everything on returning home. the lobby was like walking into a smoky bar. not going back. it was a good bargain and close to where we needed to be.

Acceptable

Really, the only problem I had with the hotel is that it lacked any form of internet access, and that the room felt a bit trashy (Especially the bathroom). Overall, though, it was extremely quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it had cable. It's also located in a pretty central location for Fayetteville and Springdale access.

Bar inside reaks of smoke

The hotel and room were just ok, but the hotel lobby at night leaves the outside doors open into the hotel because the bar located just inside has loud music and you are hit by smoke and a terrible stinch of smoke when you first walk in. That did it for me...
