No Room at the Inn
We arrived to find that just because we had a reservation didnt necessarily mean that they reserved a room for us. They were all full and the only room available for us was a smoking room. I was not happy-----I thought the purpose for a reservation was to reserve a room for us. They didn't even apologize. The room was clean but reaked of smoke....Even the sheets and bedding smelled like smoke. In the morning I got up to make coffee because there was a coffee maker in the room for us, but no coffee. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Well-worth it!
The hotel staff were very friendly. I got my room with no problem. I stayed here the night before I ran in the Hogeye Marathon in Fayetteville. They were so accomidating that they allowed me to have a late check-out, so after the run I had enough time to shower, and take a little nap before traveling home. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!

Litigation Man
Great Stay for a Quick Meet and Greet
Came to Springdale for legal situation and found that our stay at the hotel was effortless and frill free. Only complaint was the non working phone, but staff did their best to rectify (bring your cell). Close to everything important, the price was definately right and non-smoking room actually was a smoke free room. Way to go for a quick stay in a small town.

Won't Stay There Again
Hotel was older, pillows were paper thin, cigarette burns in the bedding, shower and bathtub drained poorly, additional cost ($4.99) for internet access.

Dirty and unkept
On a family weekend at son's college. Hotel was downright dirty. There was a dirty sock on floor at front door. We did not realize when we booked the room that there was no daily maid service. Definitely a place we will not stay at again.

not a very good enviroment for kids, long stay business would probably be ok. located close to college and short notice is why we stayed there.

Beware of hidden charges
I chose [...] to help me find a budget friendly hotel that was pet friendly. My choice was primarily because of location and also the best price for a clean room. I was very dissappointed when I checked in and was asked for an extra pet deposit[...]
