Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville

Once again, nice place, very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice staff. Would stay again. Good location for convenient restaurants and easy access to highway.

Had a little trouble getting the card key to the door to work, but staff was very nice and we got it fixed. Room was attractively decorated, comfortable and clean which is what is most important to me. Towels a little small and stiff but for the price of the room, I was satisfied. This is not a" luxury" hotel but it is very nice. I have stayed here several times for quick trips and have always been happy with the experience.

as soon as i walked in the hyatt place i knew we were going to love it. the first thing i noticed was how modern it was and then i was greeted by friendly staff,when i looked to my right i saw a starbucks (my favorite). i liked being close to the mall and all the fun stuff to do. it was a wonderful hotel and we will be returning as soon as we can thnks so much!

I called prior to our arrival to notify the hotel that we would be arriving late, after 2 am. When I spoke with the hotel rep, [...], she asked for my name, put me on hold, got back to me quickly and called me by name. She thanked me for waiting and assured me that there would be no problem with late arrival.When we arrived at the hotel, I had the pleasure of being checked in by [...]. She was expedient and courteous. My info had not been entered into the computer so she did that very quickly. She gave me the "here's what you need to know tour" and sent me on my way.The room was even better than pictured on the webiste. The sectional sofa was a nice touch!

The bathtub filled up ankle deep with water when we showered. The 25 plasma TV with 115 channels was so grainy on most stations that it was not worth watching and, as far as we could figure out, most of the 115 channels were pay channels. They did not have (or we could not locate) channels like A&E, History Channel, etc. There were no instructions for operating the television. This hotel is located at the intersection of I540 and Walnut. Access to and from the hotel is difficult. The beds, however, were very comfortable and the pillows were great.

The Hyatt Place Bentonville-Rogers was a real bargain! The Hyatt standards with the comfortable beds and bedding at small town prices. It was located right off the freeway and had a good continental breakfast with the option to purchase small meals. There were many restaurants nearby but no real restaurant in the hotel. However an IHOP and several other chain restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times and the room was large and comfortable. The fridge and wetbar area in the sitting room was very useful to pack a cooler for hikes at Devil's Den State Park during our freetime.
