Comfortable, clean in Bentonville!
Stayed one night, had no problems. Clean room, friendly staff, well-stocked, breakfast room. Hotel is kind of hard to find, since its tucked away behind another but that had no effect on my stay. Overall, have had good luck with this chain and would def. stay here again,

Bentonville traffic is very heavy during late day rush hour (4:00-6:00 PM). Most of the roads are still 2 lane and can't handle the traffic volume. ALWAYS give yourself some extra time if you have to catch a flight at the airport during this period!

Good Hotel Option, Great Low Price
We were glad to find a low rate online for the Country Inn & Suites. Location is ideal just off 540 with many restaurants nearby, also movie theater and stores. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick. They have a nice touch of cookies and fruit at the front desk. We needed a botttle opener and they gave us one. Nice flat screen TV & refrigerator. Just a few drawbacks. Although the breakfast included a lot of items (scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, breads, cereal, waffles, juice & coffee), the food was pretty mediocre and bland overall. Ok for free breakfast, I guess. Our sink didn't drain and it was easy to hear people in other rooms stomping around loudly in the morning. Definitely bring a noise maker. Overall, nice place to stay, inexpensive, nice amenities. We would stay again for the low rate and location.

Be sure to visit downtown Bentonville. They've updated the old downtown with nice restaurants and shops. A few great restaurants there are Tusk & Trotter and Flying Fish.

Great, comfortable night.
I stopped en-route to visit my daughter. The room was great (comfortable and clean). The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I was checking out before 6 am and Jon told me to help myself to any breakfast that was out (as he was putting it out then). The waffle and coffee hit the spot. Thanks to all and I would recommend this hotel & will use it again.

Lucky us
Never stayed with this chain before and will not hesitate to move this chain to front of list for next time. Hotel well maintained, staff very courteous and the breakfast was first class. Only conplaint was from wife. She went swimming with grandson and the water was too cold.

weekend getaway
We had a great experience at the hotel. The beds are super comfy. Only thing was that we had neighbors that liked to keep the tv very loud. The breakfast was really good as well. This was a great value!
