The good the bad the ok.
I stayed overnight for a concert. The exterior of the facility was excellent. The service moderate. The rooms were good, very clean. However, elevators felt unsafe, kids were track water from pool to elevator with no in house service maintaining the water and elevators, very slippery. The carpet in hallways smell moldy and and damp. The breakfast was very poor. Good attempt. I would only stay for the price at last minute. I don't think I would recommend this one to friends.

Newly renovated? Not really.
The interior of the room had undergone some renovation; however, the hallway carpets were stained and worn, and the wall coverings were dirty, ripped and in general disrepair. I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns and Suites and this property did not meet the overall high standard that I expected based upon my previous experiences.

Grandma and Grandpa
Not completely updated
The hotel was in a good location for us to visit with elderly friends. It seemed to us that they were still in the process of updating. New tile floor in some areas, worn carpet in the rest. Wallpaper along base of the hallways needed to be repaired. The room itself was clean and orderly and we had good room service.

there was fesses on the carpet but because of the color of the carpet it was not apparent.
