Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock

Hotel was nice,staff was super, and locacation was in heart of action

We were at the hotel front door at about 4:00 am . We coudl not get in. Had to bang on the door several times and then someone came to open the door. The maid did not clean the room the 1 day we stayed. But, worst of all our requested 2 am wake-up call never came. We left at 2:30 am. We were only in the room 22 hours and paid for 2 days. The van person was great!! He provided transportation to a couple of sites for us. Very accomodating and professional!

Room was average, a little run-down. Dinner at the Steakhouse was a major disappointment on both the service and the food. Great location if attending an event at Verizon Arena.

My sister in law,my nephew,and I were in Little Rock for a concert at the local arrena. The hotel was very close and had a shuttle that ran us right to the door, so we didn't even have to pay for parking or fight the "after concert traffic". The rooms were very clean and I will be staying there again next year for the same concert.

Great location near Clinton Library, riverwalk, and downtown (e.g., Flying Fish).

The staff was spectacular! Especially Room Service staff, they were soooooo friendly. I stayed with a 4yr old that had just had eye surgery at Arknasas Children's Hospital; the staff was very nice to us and her also by letting us check in several hours before the set check in time. They were very courteous and helpful. I will stay with them again

We chose this hotel for its location. It was an easy walk to the Arkansas Queen riverboat, the trolleys, and the bridges to the other side of the river. The power grid in our part of the city went out for more than 12 hours so the hotel did not charge us for the room that night. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, but there is no free breakfast in the morning. We had to pay for breakfast which was on the pricey side.

We were in town for a graduation and weren't at the hotel much except to sleep. The location, for us, was the most important factor in choosing this hotel. It was very convenient to every place we had to go. Being on the river (with a bridge nearby) let us go into Little Rock with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has business in Little Rock or North Little Rock.

The best part for us the the location. We have stayed several times as it is close to downtown and where our grown children live. The ammenities are practically nil. The staff are efficient enough but certainly not overly friendly. The pod coffee pots are the pits. I usually bring a small amount of my own coffee to make enough coffee for the morning (there is not any free coffee available that I am aware of)and that pot limits you to 2 cups.

we were traveling with a 19 month old child - lots of energy!! the hotel has outside access - even to the inside rooms. This was very convenient for the smoker and the toddler.
