Budgetel Inn-North Little Rock

I stay here every week for business. It is quiet and secure. It is older but clean. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have been coming here every week for the past couple of months and will continue to do so.

The hotel was clean and pretty nice. I was worried about what the hotel would be for the price I paid but it was a good hotel.

The hotel its self was nice but we rented this room because of the amenities and when we got there they didn't have any!!!!! The pool spa jacuzzi advertised has been shut down by the health dept.

Hotel was very cold - not heated. Continental Breakfast - items were stale, same selection every day. The microwaves only partially heated. Everything served was all sugar. No fruit or yogurt. IF you are a diabetic - don't eat here! Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. If you want to swim they post heated pool but you will never find it heated and they charge $10 a person to use the pool when it is open. THey also charge a rental fee to use an IRON!

What can I say about this hotel that was good - The room was clean! Outside of that - The continental breakfast was nothing but sugar laden. The rooms were cold, the plumbing didn't work correctly, and the sink drains wouldn't drain. The amenities stated a heated indoor pool, but it wasn't, and you had to pay $10 per person to use it. The exercise area was always cold as well as the breakfast area. The only thing that was warm/hot was the coffee. The WIFI connections disconnected every 10 minutes so if you were needing it to do work for your employment it was a royal pain because it never let you know when disconnect occurs so that you could save your work prior. Then if you wanted to reconnect you had to continually reboot just to recapture the very weak signal. The place needs a complete renovation. Everything but the room was dirty and in need of repair. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You would be better off checking into the Holiday Inn next door. At least there you would have an actual restraunt to eat in and get proper room service with workable plumbing and consistent WIFI! There is nothing close by for food either. The closest place for entertainment and good food is McCain Plaza 20 minutes away.

For an economy motel it was very nice. For the price I paid for this room i expected a dump but was surprised how nice and clean the room was. My king size bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep just minutes after I hit the bed. The room had a nice couch to sit on and enjoy viewing the nice t.v that also was provided. I really enjoyed seeing the water fountains the were by the pool and the trees that are by the pool made me feel as if i were at a tropical resort. I'm going to stay at this motel the next time I go to little rock.

the cleaning staff was kin to the owner, they were very rude, the entire time, I was so happy to leave, would have left sooner, but would have lost lots of money. so we stayed thru the rudeness of the staff.

Very nice hotel and I loved the interior swimming pool and pool tables. Very nice! Will be back.

Hotel was decent, nothing to write home about.

The hotel was very hot inside, pool was closed, the door did not open without pushing it very hard,key did not work all the time. I will never use this hotel again,or should anyone else. We could not workout because the fitness center was beside the pool and it was like a sauna because the pool is heated. The so called hot breakfast was a waffle machine and hot coffee,they did have a toaster.
