BEST WESTERN PLUS Sherwood Inn & Suites

Staff was outstanding. Room was very comfortable. Location was not the easiest to find, but did have easy access to the highway. Quiet and comfortable.

The staff and rooms were super nice at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The hotel staff made sure we have everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to North Little Rock or Sherwood.

I liked that they had a rather large mini-refrigerator and microwave in the room (in a corner so it didn't take up space near the tv). I also liked that the TV actually stays on the last channel you used when you turn it on, unlike most places. The WiFi was pretty fast, about 2mbps down and 0.5mbps up. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The tub is a pretty small one, with the curved shower rod to try to make it feel larger. I am 6'3" and a male, so I don't really care about the size of the tub, but that's just FYI. The showerhead height was actually pretty nice for someone my height. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was fresh and they didn't start cleaning it up until 9:30, unlike a lot of other hotels. Other hotels say breakfast is until 9:30, but they start removing and throwing stuff away at 9. The wakeup call was ontime as well, speaking of that. I would stay here again. The only downside to me was that the bed was too firm on the edges and too soft in the center. It's no Hampton bed, but I guess that's why they can sell theirs on the internet.

I stayed at this Hotel over Halloween weekend and returned 2 weeks later. I complained on the Best Western website about the fact that on the FIRST floor there was soda, snacks and ice but apparently the 2nd floor residents only rate a single broken soda machine. I got an email from the manager that they would do everything to fix this problem. Well two weeks later, no snacks and no ice for the second floor and I didn't feel lucky enough to test out the soda machine again to see if it was working. Since it will probably NEVER fix this problem, I feel this would be a better place for this info to go. They don't do ANYTHING to freshen the smoking rooms at all. Just because we are smokers doesn't mean you have to leave the smell of these rooms so disgusting. I had to buy Febreeze and use the entire bottle, plus bought 2 candles and air freshener for my 3days which made it a lot more tolerable. I think it's kind of weird that they go to GREAT lengths to clean the enrire property EVERYDAY but leave the smoking rooms smelling like a used firepit on 'roids I do not like the fact that the side entrance doors are locked at night and no key card access. If you come in after they lock them, you have to park on the side of the building and walk across the parking lot around to the front, thru the lobby, up the stairs and then down many hallways to your room. All because someone is too cheap to install these key card locks on the side door. Has Wireless Internet acccess in your room. Is walking distance to Kohl's. King room and bathroom are very large with lot's of light throughout. Beds are kinda bouncy/springy and the pillows are the squishy, flat, lifeless ones. There is NO elevator.

This hotel is a fantastic property for the money! The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the surrounding area. They knew where the best eating places were, how to get to wherever I wanted to go, and all manner of information! My bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel, and the hotel was quiet; I was not disturbed even once during the night and slept soundly. If I go back to the greater Little Rock area, I definitely will stay at this hotel.

Nice Large Room with good lighting throughout, including the bathroom. The bed was lumpy and pillows were soft and shapeless. The air conditioner needs a directional flow on top as it blows straight into the curtains. Only one soda machine on second floor and it was broken....no ice, no snacks, just a single broken soda machine. Had to walk to other side of hotel and use machines on first floor where I found soda's, snacks and ice. No elevators so be prepared to drag your bags up the stairs. The grounds and insde of the hotel were spotless. Overall, a great deal for the money.

This was a great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Ideal location for getting to North Little Rock and Little Rock. Also, it was very quiet in the area.

Great staff. Only suggestion would be to expand breakfast menu.

The hotel was very nice and accomodating. We were in Little Rock for Camp Meeting at the First Pentecostal Church of north little rock. The only thing the hotel should add is an elevator. Thankfully we were on the first floor!
