TERRIBLE

Can not say what I want on here, But the stay was terrible noisy, could not sleep, had to go buy pots and pans with a kitchenette and dishes. What place with a kitchenette has no pots ,pans, dishes or silverware. Why have a kitchenette? Complained of noisy neighbor upstairs not sure they even talked to him. Well better end before I really get started but when we checked out manager really piece of work and his story was well he was here first. SO DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT TO SLEEP. VERY RUDE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS

great price!

First, the Front Desk was not opened when we arrived (6:30pm)but a staff member was summoned and came within 10 minutes. Secondly, our reservations were not held and our room selection was not available. The only option available was a 4th floor smoking allowed room. Lastly, we were told that we could move into a first floor non-smoking room the following day but we were never contacted regarding the move. Overall, we tolerated the 7 day stay because we got what we were willing to pay for ......Value Place is right!

Cozy

Value Place was a very small cozy place. Clean and well treated area. However, I would not recommend short ters stay, because of the fact of the rooms cleaned once a week.
