Super 7 Inn

I was greeted with a sprung door that closed on the bottom but was gapped on the top. When I entered I was greeted by a 19 inch, 10 year old TV, a dresser with the whole face missing and a toilet that made sounds like people talking. Later that night when ready to take a shower I realized that the shower head flopped around like a fish and always ended in the down position. I woke up with a backache and was never happier to leave anywhere in my life.

I chose the hotel because of its location (near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock) and its price (the lowest I found). It is near a number of fast food restaurants, so that was also convenient. The room had everything I needed. Everything worked, also (the air conditioner, the lights, the TV set, the hot water). It was also clean. It also had rooms for non-smokers. There was a small refrigerator in my room. It had convenient parking next to your room and even a very small outdoor pool near the front desk. It seems to be an older facility that has recently been refurbished. It needs more comfortable pillows. The staff was friendly but could perhaps smile a little more. Donuts or cookies in the morning (to go along with the free coffee), from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, for instance, would have been a nice little plus and might not cost that much. I would change the dark blue color of some parts of the outside exterior to a lighter color (orange, perhaps).

The hotel was a little bit older but was very very clean.
