La Quinta Inn Little Rock at Rodney Parham Rd

Clean, and nicely situated next to freeway and very reasonable.

I was disappointed with the stay. The air was not working good in the room and we didn't have any trash cans in our room. The bathroom floor was not clean. I don't think I will stay there again.

Very disappointed. La Quinta is usually more "house proud" than it's competitors. VERY shocked with the condition of the carpet throughout the property. Bed linens are on the threadbare side. Stains on the carpets and comforters. Parking lot not as neat as it should be. Towels are a little on the thin side. CLEAN but VERY old. Will not be booking at this location again.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Drove up and left. Called and canceled my reservations. Drove down the street and check into another hotel.

i stayed on the third floor, The carpet is really run down in the aisle and in the bed rooms. cannot even think of walking barefeet in the room. Beds were clean though. the staff at the front desk were good people, though. bathroom and shower were clean. breakfast was good. If all you care is getting in at night and sleep then this room is for you. if you want luxury, please look elsewhere.

My visit to Little Rock and the night at the La Quinta was quiet and nice. Just needed a time to relax and enjoy some night life of Little Rock before heading back to Texas. Needed to use the computer to get some information and the office area was very helpful. I found the room to be quiet and cool enough after a long day. Breakfast was great and once again I liked that the breakfast area was not over crowded and it got me off to a good morning. It was nice to go out and investigate the area and see some of the night life.

The hotel staff is great. I stay there every year I come to Little Rock. They always remember me.

I've stayed here several times and all have been O.K. Picked it for location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a movie theater very nearby (walking distance). I'd like a better T.V. with more channels but certainly I didn't pay for it.

It was o.k. The carpet was worn and there seemed to be a odor in the halls I didn't like. There was some dirt and leaves in the exit.

We booked this online after reading reviews from here and pictures. The hotel itself was in a nice location. The front desk lady, [...], was pleasant and helpful. However, the room itself was ABSOLUTELY NASTY. I've worked in hotels and never have I ever rented room in that condition. Hairs in both allegedly freshly made beds, coffee stains and grounds in the pot, dust covering every surface, the carpet flithy - stained and dirty, the room smelled like wet dog and urine. Wouldn't stay there if they paid us to. Go to Comfort Inn Suites at the Airport. Wonderful hotel!
