La Quinta Inn Little Rock West

1st "non-smoking'" room smelled of smoke and had what appeared to be dirty sheets. We were given another room. We found ashes is a drawer, a dirty towel on the back of a door, opened cans of food in refrigerator, spilled food in refrigerator, worn carpet, etc. The front desk offered a full refund if we requested it through this booking service.

I used this location twice before, and my past experiecne was much better....I feel that the tub could have been a tad cleaner, and the floor needs to be stripped. The rest room was a tad small for my taste....

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This motel was a good find for the money. Good breakfast selection.

Spent three days without internet service. Take a look at their add. "Now with free high-speed internet access on all rooms". And at least two nights without movie services. The rest of the nights I did not really need the movie service so I do not know if we were without it. Incredible! The desk people were very nice though. But all they could do was apologize for the lack of services. I chose this hotel for the services it said it had.

OMG!!! where do I begin? This was the nastiest hotel I've every stayed in. The room had a musty foul odor. The decor was outdated, damaged and dirty. The toilet did not flush, the tub had a slow drain and there was quite a bit of mildew on the grout. The A/C unit roared loudly and I think the TV had to be at least 10 yrs old, the blanket had lots of nasty large stains on it and that was the first room. We had enough and decided to stay only 1 night out of 2. Management offered us another room and against our better judgement decided to stay. The 2nd room was a little better but not by much, there was no smell at least, but the room did not get cleaned while we were away and the hotel staff had left for the day. (sigh) needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy...the 1 good thing i have to say about this place is they have free wi-fi that's it.

This was a rapidly put together business trip. From the reviews this sounded like a less than desirable hotel...not so. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a good nights sleep. Check in/out was very easy. The hotel is located near all the major hospitals in Little Rock. The pool is clean and well maintained.

The electronic keys to the first room we were given did not work. The front desk clerk, a nice woman, used her master key to let us in. We thought all would be well, but it wasn't. Finding a large dead roach on the floor, my husband tried to open the door to discard the roach. We were locked in the room! Maintenance had to let us out from the outside. While there, I found the restroom dirty, and the commode ran. The second room we were assigned was dirty--stains on the bathroom wall, other people's hair in the bathtub. Mold was quite noticeable all around the tub. The toilet in this room ran too, and the ceiling was stained throughout with water. The carpet in the room and in the stairways and lobby area was also stained. There's a nice Crowne Plaza just across Shackleford. Try it.

The staff was very curteous, the room was ready, clean and made me feel like I was at home. I would definitely return and recommend this location to everyone.

The first room had a broken shower wouldnt turn on at all, staff moved us to a new room. Neitehr room was clean but at 48 bucks a night thats to be expected I guess. Atleast the staff was very nice.
