La Quinta Inn Little Rock Otter Creek

I was very blessed to see a security guard as I pulled up. I arrived at 11:30pm and my room was ready and the air was on a nice 70* so I could go straight to bed. I was very pleased with the breakfast and the noon check out time. Thanks to the staff for making my stay wonderful!

Front staff was great. The maid service was terrible. Found someones used coffee filter in coffee pot when we arrived. Next afternoon after room was cleaned our old coffee was still in the pot. Carper was not vacuumed. Maitainess on bulding has a bit to be desired. The hot cold valves were loose in the wall and the hot valve would not shut completely off. Had to listen to the toiulet run all night. The little refigerator in the room I think was dieing, it made the lo9udest and strangest noises I've ever heard a refigerator make. Will not use this Hotel ever again.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was nice and really enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

I was just passing through. The security latch for the room was dangling off the wall by the last thread of the screws. The room was clean. The desk people showed good customer service. The breakfast buffet was clean an appetizing. This was a good location.

Accommodations were adequate. Could easily hear highway noise and people talking outside the door. The facility had only outside entrances to the rooms.

Our room was well apponted and spacious. We loved the cotton sheets, matching blankets and spreads. The lobby and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast filling. Overall, it was clean with the exception of the upholstered chairs which reception said they'd attend to before the next guests. For the price, this was one of our best overnight stays. Thanks!

I booked the cheapest hotel I could find, a mistake I won't repeat. The room was filled with the stench of cigarettes, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. Thanks to the smoky air, when I left the next morning after a shower I still felt dirty. The door was in need of repair. It was often difficult to open it from the inside. The free wifi was sporadic at best. The hot and cold water handles in the shower turned endlessly, which made it interesting to shut the water off when done showering. The only way to know if you were actually successful at turning off one of the valves was if the water turned icy cold or burning hot. The free breakfast includes breads (muffins, bagels, etc.), cereal (raisin bran and some kind of kids cereal), and batter for making waffles. Don't expect any bacon, sausage or fresh fruit. There's also coffee and juice. Hotel staff was very nice. But spend the extra money for a better experience in a nicer room.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel because family was nearby but it was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I'll stay there again in the future.

Perfect location for our needs. Short distance to Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock. Midpoint to view property and visit friends.

We stayed overnight (just one night) because we were in our way to North Carolina. Staff was friendly. We will stay there again if there is an opportunity in the future!
