La Quinta Inn Little Rock North Landers Road

Rooms were very clean & comfortable, staff was incredibly helpful as well as friendly. Motel was beyond affordable for all services provided & very easy to get to.

They were over booked and put me in their suite. It was dirty and dingy. The staff is one of the nicest staffs I have had the experience of working with. The breakfast was passable, noting noteworthy. The location was great.

We were driving our cars to our new home in Nashville and wanted a nice place to spend the might. The location was perfect with good restaurants close by. The location near the 40 allowed us to miss all the morning commuter traffic. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Worst LaQuinta hotel we have ever stayed at. Front office said that "housekeeping" was still learning their job however, the first night 8 people came to the front desk to complain. We had to get a complete set of king sheets for our bed as they looked so messed up and slept in we were afraid that they didn't ever get changed. The end tables and TV dresser table had coffee and soda spills all over them. The microwave was so dirty inside as was the door of the refrigerator. We asked that the next day our bed not touched and to give us only clean towels and vacuum the floor and clean the firty furniture. NO ONE EVEN CAME INTO OUR ROOM while we were out the second day. That night after 8pm I went to the front desk to complain and to ask for clean towels plus a roll of toilet paper which I got. I also asked if we could get a package of "regular coffee". I was told that "it would be brought to our room in a short while. IT NEVER CAME. I would never, ever stay here again and I would make sure that no family members or friends had our kind of experience for sure. THE LA QUINTA across the highway is the one we previous stayed and it was very good. However, the one on Landers Road is not even acceptable.

I did the online review and they did better than I read. It was in a good location and the management kept the place clean and the staff was great.

We were in Little Rock for a hiking trip, thus didn't spend that much time at the hotel. We had a great experience at another La Quinta and thought staying at another La Quinta would be a great idea, but this La Quinta was outdated; the carpet needs to be replace. Other than that, okay for a short stay.

Room with King Bed. Suspect the mattress was broken down the middle. When sitting on the side of the bed, the center of the mattress arched up two FEET. Lay along the edge of the bed...and you promptly roll off to the floor. However, Two people laying in bed kept it in place. Actually a comfortable, but very weird, mattress.

Good hotel next to several restaurants and stores. Easy access. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms (Toilet and shower area) is extremely small.

The location is great, its right across from two shopping centers and the mall and two movie theaters. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is kind of old and the walls are kind of thin could hear everything from the people next too us.

Our first room had not been cleaned, and the bed was unmade like someone had just jumped out of it. Had to look around the room to make sure nobody was there. Bathroom had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and were promptly reassigned to a clean room. Hotel was old and needs updating. The showers are made for people shorter than 5'0" tall. Im 5'11", and the shower head was at the level of my chin. Parking lot not well lit.
