There are no good restaurants nearby, but there are a short drive to University Ave. The hotel staff made a point of saying that the restaurant next door to the hotel was not good.

In a sketchy part of town. Security guard on site, but I only saw him in the lobby watching tv. Room had strong smell of cigarettes. Was clean. I did nit feel safe while stain here.

Hotel was in a convenient location to access UAMS. Hotel appears to be old, worn and in need of a make over. Hotel staff did not replace hair dryer 2 days after making the request. Breakfast room is small. Hotel did not provide a free morning newspaper like comparable hotels do

What does "Review Title" mean??
Good bargain. Close to Med center, zoo, etc. Very nice staff. Clean room. But, this is a bad location, with suspected crime and some loud people.

The first room I was placed in was rough. It smelled like smoke. I noticed that the toilet paper was soaked with a light pink fluid and I hope I didn't touch it. The bed looked like it had been wet and had later dried, who knows whether it had ever been washed. The rooms were generally run down and everything was broken. There was also a stain on the back of the comforter. There were many shady looking characters wandering around the parking lot. Stay away from this hotel.

Good Value for the $$$
This hotel was easy to find with good access to highway, central location for area attractions, large, clean rooms (2 doubles) and friendly staff. That there were not a lot of restaurant/fast food choices in the immediate area might be the only drawback.
