A pleasant and friendly place. But the doors were locked at 9:00 p.m. and Security was on hand,which is a good thing. Friends told us we had booked in a "bad" part of Little Rock (by the medical center).We did not know this when we booked. But the hotel, staff was friendly enough.

O.K. it will do
Everything was o.k., for the exception the a/c was leaking water & a portion of the floor was wet. Also 1 day my bed wasn't made up.

The first room I was placed in was rough. It smelled like smoke. I noticed that the toilet paper was soaked with a light pink fluid and I hope I didn't touch it. The bed looked like it had been wet and had later dried, who knows whether it had ever been washed. The rooms were generally run down and everything was broken. There was also a stain on the back of the comforter. There were many shady looking characters wandering around the parking lot. Stay away from this hotel.

We drove around Little Rock, and went to see museums and we would go back anytime.

This is an older LaQuinta - but the staff worked hard to please. AM breakfast was okay at best. Less than a mile from Med Center which was great. Small pool but very clean.

Average Hotel
Stayed at this hotel for an overnight getaway. Booked a room with king size bed, but upon arrival we were told they did not have any king bed rooms due to renovations. Nothing was on the website or sent to us saying there were no king size rooms. We probably would have booked a different hotel if we would have known this. There was a big hole in the bathroom wall and the lighting was poor in the room. The staff was very friendly and offered to put us in a room next to friends. The bed was very comfortable even though we wanted a king size bed. If the place was renovated (like they said they were working on) we would probably stay here again for an overnight trip.

Good Value for the $$$
This hotel was easy to find with good access to highway, central location for area attractions, large, clean rooms (2 doubles) and friendly staff. That there were not a lot of restaurant/fast food choices in the immediate area might be the only drawback.
