Alright experience
Good location, friendly night clerk, they do have security, decent rooms, wi-fi was hit and miss, very nice tv, mediocre continental breakfast, we got our moving truck stuck in the parking lot and the hotel staff laughed at our frustration while hotel patrons helped out by moving their vehicles

The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was minimal. There were reminents of a phone in the room, but it did not work.

There are no good restaurants nearby, but there are a short drive to University Ave. The hotel staff made a point of saying that the restaurant next door to the hotel was not good.

Very close to UAMS medical
We were in little rock for my wife's visit to the Cancer center at UAMS.

Home 4 The Holidays
Holiday Travel
Due to road construction and detours, the facility was a challenge to get to. Then, upon checking in, the room was adequate but dated. There were holes in the wall which were not repaired but rather, stuffed with tissue. The beds were comfortable and we needed to rest. The staff was courteous and was the primary reason I didn't search for another hotel. The staff at this facility is probably why they have repeat customers.

Needs facelift
staff was friendly & location was fine. Those were the good things. Carpet in room looked like a ritual animal sacrifice had taken place. Mold in the bathroom; needed caulk. Floor tile cracked. Breakfast didn't start until 7 am. Worst La Quinta I've seen lately.

I wouldn't stay here again.
The motel room was not clean. I found quite a bit of hair in the sink and bathtub, as well as a cockroach crawling inside the folded "clean" towel in the bathroom. When I went to move the alarm clock on the nightstand it wouldn't move because it was covered in something sticky. This shows me that housekeeping isn't doing a very good job of cleaning the rooms between guests. I was really disgusted and I won't stay there again.

one thing missing
the beds was comfortable and nice the room was clean they had two problems it took them some time to find my reservation because of the address and card number was diffrent and the bath tub didnt have a drain plug.other than that i would stay there again

Fair place to stay
A/c worked. fan could be left on continuously, so it did not cycle on and off all night long. Toilet would not completely flush. Breakfast was ok. Staff was polite and cheerful, except for smoking right next to the entrance for breakfast. Seemed fairly, maybe perfectly clean. The furniture was not sparkling new, but it was not falling apart. Report of toilet problem was met with professional "that will not be a problem tomorrow". My wife thought the tub "nice and big". Mattress was a little soft.
