Holiday Inn LITTLE ROCK-AIRPORT-CONF CTR

Perfect business travel

Good location as it is right at the airport and I had an early flight. Staff was clearly not professional. Everything was adequate, just not up to the standards I would expect as a business traveler. Left my charger in the room and when I asked for a new key the "kid" at the desk gave me one without asking for any ID. Not good.

The free shuttle from the airport and into downtown Little Rock is just one of the nice things about this hotel. I was impressed by how clean and well kept everything was in room and public areas. Service was good, too. When coffee urn was empty in the lobby a waitress from the restaraunt went and filled my cup from the kitchen. I had a middle of the road expectation going there but came out a true fan!

The staff was very friendly, great courtesy shuttle service for the airport and to the downtown area. I usually stay in four and five star hotels and honestly, for the price, this hotel was not fancy, but it was flawless.

Always nice. The restaurant might be an opportunity, the server answered his cell phone. It took a few minutes for them to come to acknowledge my party waiting to be seated. Manager was nice, but insincere. Probably a long day. Food is always, above average for a Little Rock, chain. Breakfast staff were super nice and fruit was fresh.

The manager and staff were quite possibly the rudest individuals I have met. The hotel was nice so if you book here hope it all goes well because any issue you may have will not be met with any type of decent costumer service.

Very clean modern rooms. I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn and I am glad I chose to stay at this one. Our room had everything we could ask for. Bath & Body bathroom products, plenty of towels, coffee maker, flat screen tv, comfortable beds & desk chair and a good amount of space. There was an onsite fitness center and Boston's Sports Bar. The only down side was the free breakfast was missing, but those are usually not worth the hassle.

I came in for business. The Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.I especially liked the shuttle from the airport, and to the river market. This is a very nice perk. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.The room was very clean and nicely updated. Great job by all!!!!

The Holiday Inn at Littlerock Airport was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has just reopened after some major remodeling and it looks great. The staff was very friendly and even called me after about 30 minutes to make sure everything was OK in my room. There is a new sports bar/resteraunt on site with all the flat screens you could want. I travel quite a bit and this hotel measures up to some of the best, especially for the money.
