Holiday Inn Express LITTLE ROCK-AIRPORT

My allergies are not that bad normally, but for some reason my eyes were red all night long in the room. Seems they may need to change the filter on the AC unit. Also, the floor looked as if it had not been vaccumed as there were bits of paper in a few spots, but everything else looked clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is extremely close to the Little Rock Airport and downtown Little Rock. Easy access to the airport. Called them for directions and they gave me very clear and easy to follow directions. Fast and friendly check in. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My bathroom had a problem with a loose toilet and I had to jiggle the toilet handle a little to get the water to quit running but the room was comfortable and suited my needs. The price was right [...], and they served a fair continental breakfast. The eggs and sausage were on the cold side out of the warmer but edible. They have a nice pool inside and other nice ammenities. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle between the hotel and airport was great. There was a nice free breakfast each morning in the hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel overall. All of my expectations were met plus some. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff exhibited the epitome of southern hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful also.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times when I'm flying out of Little Rock airport. This stay was no different than any other time. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a quiet and restful environment. I love this hotel for the aforementioned reasons, but also because of the free hot breakfast, free shuttle service to and from the airport, and free parking which is extra nice because airport parking can be so expensive.

The only difficulty I had was with wakeup calls. It may have been a problem with their system, but I left wakeup calls two nights in a row and neither rang through. Could have been bad if I hadn't woke on time on my own. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot, with plenty of atrium seating. I would recommend this hotel if you like an airport location.

We were in town for a tournament at the convention center. The only complaint is that we went to the free breakfast at 8:45 and none of the breakfast items were available; they did not refill anything. Since breakfast was from 6-9:30 a.m., we should have had all of the options offered in their advertisement. We waited for a while, and when no one approached us, we (two of us)asked for some fresh fruit and the gal came back with one banana.

I was just there to sleep. A cleaner, better smelling room would have been better.

The outside of the hotel didn't look like much compared to the beautiful Holiday Inn next door, however, we were surprised when we walked inside. It was very open and clean and we were greeted with a smile by the nice receptionist. The rooms were beautiful and very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Most of the time, when we stay at different hotels, the staff seems disgruntled. At this hotel everyone, from the receptionists to the housekeepers greeted you with a smile, we really enjoyed that.We didn't have to travel far to eat, as there was a delicious Boston's next door.
