West Little Rock hotel is a quiet oasis in the center of it all
The Hilton Little Rock Medical Center is conveniently located west of downtown, close to multiple area hospitals, the University of Arkansas, shopping and many local businesses. Guests enjoy amenities such as a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness center, a restaurant and bar, a business center and free high-speed Internet access. It could be nicer.
When making the reservation, it stated it would be a courtyard view. It was not. We had a parking lot view. The beds were extremely small. It would be impossible for two larger adults to sleep in one bed. The bathroom air conditioning vent did not work. The hotel appeared to be built somewhere in the 1970s and was in need of repair. I had figured it being a Hilton, it would be newer, nicer, and better maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful though.

Absolutly Beautiful!!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in! My husband and I at the last minute decided to take a getaway trip, and in our past experiences with finding a hotel it is always been hit and miss. The hotel was very easy to find, not to mention absolute beautiful. The staff was friendly and willing to help with what we needed.

Updates still needed
I would not choose to stay here again. I stayed here because it had a restaurant and knew that I would not be wanting to get out once I got settled in. However the restaurant had a very limited menu and very pricy. The outside of the hotel has been updated, but the inside of the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

Hilton Little Rock Metro Center
This was a medical check-up for me. The hotel was cheery and our room was pleasant and relaxing. Compared to where we have stayed, it was a real lift mentally to return to such a nicely furnished room.

Very good 'getaway'
Attendant event which on third floor. Main elevator kept breaking down, so 2nd to 3rd floor. Main solution is not use Main elevator both people move and service elevator to move laundry and food service. Both door (at each end) would open up and they would allow passengers to use it first. Main thing to so is fund a service elevator is own.
