When you stay at other Embassy Suites they have free"adult" beverages. In Arkansas.this OS illegal so you have to pay 1dollar a drink which is still not bad, and the evening finger foods are quote enjoyable.

Room needs updating
The mattress was not very good,it was one step above sleeping on the floor. The toilet was small and low,the sink was located outside the bathroom. Overall not a good experience for me.

nice stay for the money
Really enjoyed this hotel the evening managers event was well planed and stocked well the lobby was very attractive and clean. The pool was nice as well as the spa. A sons was available however outside temp was over a hundred so we stuck to the cool pool. Overall a good time.

Little Rock Embassy Suites
Room was clean and good, fold out couch slept well...elevators are oddly placed far from front desk and most of the parking is far away...charges for internet $10 a day...free breakfast was good... and Shala at front desk was awesome help

Satisfied Completely
This was a really nice hotel. The suites were large, the beds were comfortable and the service was fantastic. We were met immediately upon entering the hotel by guest services. No issues checking in. The ambiance was very nice. More than I expected. We loved the breakfast which was free. Not usually what you would expect from a larger more luxury type hotel. If you get there early no waiting. Get there to breakfast a little later, you are having to wait in a line for the omelet. It was worth the wait. It was nice to also see the manager of the hotel visiting with the guests during breakfast. My daughter loved the water and fish in the center of the hotel. The parking was inexpensive. free outside or $6.00 in the garage. Very reasonable. If i have to go to little Rock again, this is where I will stay.

Great family hotel in a central location
One thing that bothered me was the conservative view point of Hilton but, are using styrofoam cups. Also, parking in crowded and you have to pay six dollars to park in the parking garage. No vallet offered.

Embassy Suites Little Rock
Perhaps because it was Spring Break, we found the Pool very busy. No place to swim and of course they were out of towels. At Breakfast the next morning there was a 20 minute line to get eggs or pancakes and then when you finally go food there was no place to sit down. The hotel was just too crowed and noisy.
