Good, affordable overnighter.

The rates are lower than most places and it's fairly obvious why. It wasn't luxurious inside but it was furnished for extended stays. I only used it for a couple nights and it was perfect for that(read: affordable). It's in a good shopping area but it's a little tucked away off the main road so don't leave your valuables in your car(there are signs that say that much). Also, one of my major concerns were that the cleanliness of the bedding and linens were a little questionable.

over night with my grandson

this was the second time at this hotel. the first time was was somewhat better, but this stay was by far the worst night at a hotel i've had. the room was very!!! noisy, like the people around you was in the same room. the bed was like a rock, the sink in the kitchenett was dirty, food in the cabinets, in the dishes, in & on the refrigerator. the silverware was dirty, the pans were dirty. the morror in the bathroom was dirty. it was late when we got to our room, & didn't discover the filth untill the morning. i will not stay again, twice is enough.

would stay again

i was traveling from dallas with my one year old grandson. i ask for a room on ground floor, did't get it, but they did have an elevator & cart to get all the required things that go with a baby to our room. which was not there the next morning, that was very dificult leaving. other than that, it was very quiet. the room was spacious,& had everything needed for an overnight or longer stay. i would stay again. and recommend to anyone. very close to all kind of shopping & resturants.

Good for what you need

If all you need is a place to sleep, then this is a the place to go. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the air conditioning was good. They supply soap, but not shampoo. When I was there, housekeeping only came once and I stayed there for eight days. That's the only downside I can really think of.

You get exactly what you pay for!

The room was clean, but needed lots of attention. The a/c barely worked. The chair had the recliner handle broken off. The room had horrible stains on the ceiling from a leak and the room needed badly painted. If you want cheap and clean...it's for you. Otherwise, look elsewear.

Sorry, but stay away!

Sadly, with the exception of one helpful employee named [...], the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy-dusty, carpetfloor was stained, wood floor and bathroom floor looked as if it handn't been cleaned in a month. Cabinets had spilled liquids on shelving and old shopping bags throught out them. We chose not to use any appliances, dishes, etc. because of the lack of cleanliness. The TV was covered with dust 1/4" thick as was the screen. We would NEVER choose Extended Stay Suites again. We are not prudes, but anyone with any sense of cleanliness would not choose this hotel.

Extended Stay Review

The hotel person only gave me one key. The guy told me the room didn't have TV remote and would send one, but never did. There was no internet that I could find. The room smelled like and old lady. They didn't have a fair dryer. They did have plates for when you cooked in the kitchen. The place was close to interstate and had a lot of traffic which was a pain leaving out. Nearby is a wal-mart to the left leaving. Food places are to the left as well when leaving. Overall I guess I got what I paid for, but bring an air freshner and on't expect anything other than a room with a kitchen. Oh and hold the toilet handle down for a bit to flush.

Basics at a good price

We needed a bare-bones place for a three night stay while visiting family in Little Rock. ESA provided that. The room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. The mini-kitchen was useful to make light breakfasts. Despite being nearly full, the three-story hotel was a quiet place. Guests at ESA need to know that there is no automatic maid service but towels and other supplies are available at the office and you need to take out your own trash. We could have paid three times as much nearby and gotten a lobby breakfast, pool, exercise center and daily cleaning service. That would have been a waste of money on this trip.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

This hotel is right in the middle of a huge suburban-type shopping district in the western part of Little Rock. There are dozens of brand-name stores and plenty places to eat. Downtown stores and attractions are about 20 minutes away via I-630.
