Doubletree Hotel Little Rock

overall good, a few problems. At check in noticed the bathtub was not clean (dirty with several strands of hair), but housekeeping came quickly and cleaned it to my satisfaction. The dining room provided some of the slowest food service I've ever experienced. Was there for a conference and given an hour for lunch, each day it took at least 40 to 45 minutes from time of order until food arrived.

The hotel is located in downtown and very affordable. The staff is great and the location is in a perfect place to go explore around little rock. Plus you get some awesome cookies!!! Can't beat it!!

It was a great place to get away. I had the balcony room which i could see the arkansas river from. The bed was so comfortable! It was just a nice place to sit back and enjoy!

We arrived to the hotel at around 11:30pm. The check in went smoothly but when we entered the room we noticed this musty smell. We were so tired that we did not bother to change the room and went to sleep. The following morning,we had breakfast at the coffee shop which was ok. The staff was nice and curteous. This hotel is very centrally located.

My son and I stayed at the Double Tree because we competed at the ATA Tournament in Little Rock.The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the venue. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room, when competing in a sports event it would have been nice to have access to cold beverages and be able to keep food refrigerated. Service was wonderful and everyone was very helpful and always friendly. We would use your hotel again!

I knew I was in trouble when I checked in and the clerk's face fell when he realized I had the [...]room on 14 floor. Tiny room, noisy air conditioner unit that kept rattling on and cutting off, ac unit leaking water on floor, and when I asked the manager in the morning why I was kept awake all night by the beeping of an alarm system, her only comment was that it malfunctioned and she was sorry I didn't get any sleep. Moved to the Peabody for the rest of my stay in Little ROck and loved it, including the ducks!!!

It was fine except for a large dead spider in the corner of the ceiling which the maintenance guy graciously came and got rid of even though he is deathly afraid of spiders!

Sight seeing and getaway

The hotel itself was clean, updated, and overall nice. No complaints about the physical hotel itself. My complaint is the website was a bit misleading. I booked a queen room on the executive floor. The picture on the website clearly shows a bigger room with a divider between the bedroom and the living space. This however was not the case. The room was tiny. I just want the website to clearly reflect the actual room of which was being booked.

I had reserved a non-smoking room, but was forced to take a smoking room. They stated that [...] I got whatever room they had available. I booked this hotel 2 months in advance. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and not once was the room cleaned. The first night I did sleep until about 10. The second night I left before 7 in the morning and arrived back at my room close to 2 pm and the room still was not clean. I cleaned up and went down to the bar to get some to eat at about 4 and saw the cleaning people working on a room close to mine. I stayed downstairs over an hour before heading back. They still had not cleaned my room. It was now after 5 pm.
