Comfort Inn & Suites Airport

Perfect location to Little Rock Airport. Friendly staff. The room had everything we needed. plus some snacks. would stay again if we ever need to visit Little Rock.

They greeted us with the fact that we had reserved 2 rooms. Not the fact. Suite was tired looking. No sheets or pillows for hideabed and no help from the staff. We had to scout out our bedding by ourselves. Phone did not work. However breakfast was good.

The service was slow and the peopple that worked there did not seem to care about the guests. It seemed when a request was made it was almost like the employees were being interrupted from something more important. There was absolutley no sense of urgency from anyone. Here is example one. My toilet became clogged and I called down to have it fixed and they said well they would have to call maintanance to fix. I asked how long would that be they could not give an answer, so I went down and asked for a plunger. The reaction I got from the person who thought I was actually asking them to do there job was to slump over the laundry sink and complain about how it was time to go and maintenance should do it. Guess who also leaves at the same time, maintenance. I asked for the plunger and tried to fix myself and the toilet over flowed. I called down to the front desk to tell them I needed someone from housekeeping to please clean up. Housekeeping arrived about two minutes later and threw the towels on the floor then left aying it was time for her to go. I had to go to the front desk and get another room. When I exlained what happened the person at the desk just said well house keeping leaves at 4:30 sorry. That was woderful customer service (not!!!) Then the next day my tv DID NOT WORK AND i HAD TO MOVE AGAIN because the person running the front desk could not leave it. The next day when I told the hotel manager she initially seemed concerned then when she found out I booked through cheap flights she said there was nothing she could except offer me an upgrade to a suite for my trouble. I declined as I did not want to move to a forth room. Later that day I was looking for a container for ice and found the person running the sandwhich counter/bar outside smoking a cigarette talking to the manger and whan I asked for a container for ice she said wait a minute. The manager then replied that is my problem child because I brought up the hotels short comings. This place stinks there is no customer service and it seems people that work there are miserable. Oh yeah they also had a free breakfast if you could find someone to get you what was missing off of the breakfast bar such as milk, syrup, coffee, juice. It was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! I would like for cheap flights to reimburse me for at least one night for all the inconvience. I travelalot and this place needs to have a serious downgrading in its ratings.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip and will stay here again on my next visit to this area. Staff was great and friendly. Hotel is almost on the airport property and have a free shuttle. Food and drinks are available on site as well as a good restaurant just across the freeway. Hotel was surprisingly quite being that close to the airport.

You can't get any closer to the airport without getting hit by a plane landing. It is literally across the street to airport property. It's an older hotel. For a quick stay it's fine.

I did very little but sleep and shower. It is a very quiet, comfortable & out of the way place.

We were staying at the hotel on the way to Texas to split up our drive. [...] We went to 3 different rooms before we got what we asked for!! There was only 1 restaurant within a 10 mile radius. It wasn't very good, at least not for the price.

Unfortunately, we were only staying one night before heading to the airport, but the staff was very friendly and helped direct us to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was served very early, which helped save us time and money before our early flights.

it was very easy to get to from the airport, and easy to get to the main highway. Very close to the airport, but not noisey at all. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice continetal breakfast

It was a nice hotel. Didn't spend much time in it because of the work I was doing but they provided a very quick shuttle service to the airport. Only bad thing was there wasn't a place to eat within walking distance other than the small pub in the hotel.
