Holiday Inn JONESBORO

I checked in to this location at 3AM and was pleased to find a clean room and comfortable bed. The staff at the desk even offered to push my check out time to noon so that I could get a little more time to sleep before taking off the next day. *The pet fee was less than other places I've stayed when I've traveled with my dog, too.*

We traveled to Jonesboro to support the ASU Red Wolves in their win against a conference opponent. Our room was ready and clean when we arrived. The staff was very helpful. They provided several complimentary items that my husband had forgotten and were helpful in suggesting good places to eat.

The staff was pleasant enough check in was fast butbwhen we got into the room my son noticed a strange oder I didn't smell it thought maybe was the pool next morning toliet started acting up called the front desk they said they would send someone Soon bout and hour ad half later called front desk back said she would send someone so twenty minutes later he. Came and plunged the toilet left I went to make sure it was fixed it wasnt so I call the man in the hall he said he would have to snake it anyway we left the room came back that night to a mess instead of calling my cell they left a message on the room phone wichh I didn't noticed until we came back from the Pool four hours later other then the toilet problem it was a decent stay..

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Housekeeping staff didn't clean the toilet area as well as one would expect. She left hair on the side of the tub and on the floor. The vanity countertop had spiders crawling.

room was ok was not very clean and could not see the tv from the bed.

I stay at Hotels for work or pleasure about once a month or more depending...and this hotel was way over-priced...was run down with hole in wall which I took pictures...(hole was in bathroom above the sink near the ceiling near light fixture)...the hotel was old...was under repair...hot tub was not hot...and etc.. People were very nice..but that didn't make up for all the negatives.. I also don't like entries to rooms from outside the building which is why I don't stay at Motel 6 and simply pay the extra money to stay at better places..simply do not feel safe and it didn't indicate in the information that, that was the set-up at Holiday Inn.......

The Holiday Inn King suite room gave our family plenty of room for a week end stay. The frig and microwave and couch area were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool at night.

I liked every thing in that hotel such as the room, etc.
