Graduation weekend
Comfy hotel... Room was super clean and breakfast was good,although we had a broken blow dryer in our room. Didn't discover it til two of us had showered and were ready to dry our hair. Front desk didn't have a back up, didn't know where maintenance was, and didn't have a solution for us. Finally 20 minutes later they found a room we could use. We were trying to get to ASU's graduation on time and there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to solve the problem. Would still stay again though...

New hotel with friendly staff
I arrived early and was graciously allowed to check in early. Then had a call from the front desk to make sure everything was ok with my room. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was nicely decorated and bed super comfy. The free breakfast was very nice as well with more than the "usual" offerings.The only downside was the traffic noise, but I would definately stay again!
