Good place to stay
This hotel was a comfortable place to stay. It is near Arkansas State University and near some restaurants to eat. The beds and the bathroom were clean. The only problem that I found was that the air conditioner had a stinky smell.

Great location for ASU
The A/C apparently had leaked onto the carpet in the first room we got and it was a little stinky, but there was no problem at all getting moved to another room. The staff is very friendly. Be aware the website says pet friendly but they DO NOT allow pets.

If you like Mexican food I recommend Kandela across the freeway (US63) between Stadium and Caraway. Great food and margaritas.

The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway, and I didn't hear much highway noise. It was close to restaurants.

Concert Getaway
Our bedding was still wet from being washed, Had to remake our own beds with dry bedding. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was nothing great.

terrible; but not as bad as others in jb
almost everything in the room had a layer of dust on it. the alarm clock was unplugged. the electrical outlet near one of the beds was busted and had live wires exposed. the room had a bad odor. the toilet tissue rack was broken. the soap wasn't replaced. in a non-smoking room i found a burnt cigarette butt in the shower. all the decor was outdated. the beds did seem to be clean (as far as i could tell) and the television worked and a decent number of channels. wi-fi did work in the room.
