after staying here, i don't think i can stay anywhere else when visiting Fayetteville. the place is like a dream. extremely ... clean, very friendly staff, and beautiful architecture. the only thing i would like to see getting better is the breakfast and eating area, it's a bit small and inadequate seating.

shopping is about 3 mins drive(if that) you'll find a mall, and a very nice shopping center across the street from the mall(win, win) also in the same area you'll find a 3D movie theater

Botique hotel in beautiful NW Arkansas. Italian sheets and comfy bed. Bathrooms all marble. Standard room was very spacious. ... Would definitely stay again. Restaurant was superb!

Cozy, affordable, a great get away.
QuietTraveler Sep 4, 2009
Overall, the place was great. The location could be better, because it's next to a road and overlooks an empty lot across ... the road. However, the overall set up of the hotel is very rustic and aesthetically pleasing, especially the huge water wheel. Service was more than excellent and constant helpful with whatever we needed. Rooms are a bit on the smallish side, but very quiet and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here for a friend.

James at the Mill is the restaurant that is associated with the hotel. Though the interior decor is nice as is the concept of the restaurant. However, for the price (moderate to high) the service was very lacking and the food though visually appealing, quite disappointing.

Connie & Dave Aug 26, 2009
The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. The bed was very comfy and they put fresh cookies on the bed. There was ... a large continental breakfast every morning and wine and cheese every evening. The hotel was close to some areas that we wanted to see in the mountains. The restuarant behind the hotel was incredible!!!

Attended wedding in Fayette, AR and stayed one night. Described as small luxury hotel. Nice large room and well appointed. ... Would agree with description. Staff was very helpful. No pool but we saw kids there, though they too had been at a wedding. Eat breakfast out by koy pond for peacefulness. Would recommend, especially to couples.

Beautiful Inn
Jessika Jul 26, 2009
The Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I was not very happy on was that the safe in the ... room did not work and there was supposed to be a fridge in the room that I reserved. All in all, the Inn was the most beautiful that I have had the pleasure in staying at. I am definately going back.
