Convenience & Courtesy
When looking for a convenient location and a hotel with charm in Northwest Arkansas, you can't get much better than the Inn at the Mill. The rooms are architecturally interesting, clean and quiet, the staff is exemplary. They were over the top as far as accomodating our needs; the sofa bed we needed for our son was prepared for us before we arrived, and upon check-in we were greeted with freshly baked cookies. They seemed genuinely pleased that we were staying there and went out of their way to entertain us with the historical aspects of the original mill, showing us photos and explaining how the machinery originally would have worked. It's a shame that the wheel isn't able to turn, due to a structural issue. One would hope the local historical societies could assist them in a financial grant process to restore the wheel to it's original working condition, however, the hotel has done a fantastic job in maintaining the feel as if it still works, even though it does not. The restaurant is an absolute gem. Finding high quality cuisine with a local flair is no simple task, yet they do it with ease. Save room for dessert! Overall, this is truly a great hotel which we will most definitely use again in the future.

VERY COURTEOUS STAFF
went to the hotel while 20+ inches of snow was on the ground. There were some dripping melts from the roof but walkways were clear. Met gluten free diet restrictions with their complimentary breakfast. The James Mill Resturant did also. No request seemed to upset or rattle the inn saff. It was a wonderful get-away to a razorback basketball game.

So So. Should be easy to correct.
Just needed a place to stay overnight. Room was good. Continental breakfast was not very good. rolls, muffins etc. were stale store bought it seemed. coffee was cool. Nowhere close to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Seemed that Pinesol was used for cleaning, but odor was heavy.

Only Four-Star B&B in Arkansas Impresses
We have stayed at many Bed and Breakfasts, and this is the first to include complimentary wine and cheese appetizers each evening of your stay. We enjoyed local goat cheese with herbs grown in the chef's garden with our first red wine paring followed by a nice local blue cheese and parmesean slices with a fruity white wine. The meal was served in the very upscale restaurant on site and included complimentary black caviar...yes, I said caviar was served in Arkansas and it was absolutely delightful.

Inn at the Mill
A delightful little hotel whose most outstanding atribute is that it as adjacent to "James at the Mill", a wonderful 5 star restaurant. There is a vbery nice wine and cheese time each afternoon and a wonderful continental breakfast, each 'cooked' at "James at the Mill".
