Great value but showing it's age

This is an older hotel which is a great value but is really showing its age . Maintenance is being done but in a very sloppy manner. Front desk phone etiquette very poor !

Modest Priced Motel

Quiet time for me but had some interaction with housekeeping staff who were very nice and kind but not much to do in Jacksonville when you don't have a car. Might be too noisy for some people being near the freeway but didn't bother me too much. Wish the breakfast had more choices…..cereal, a small danish and coffee and juice really wasn't enough….also real crockery and cutlery would have been nice. Otherwise, clean, warm, fairly comfie place and staff were ok.
