Travelodge Hot Springs AR

We arrived at the hotel late. The desk clerk was not very friendly. The room was clean and adequate.

my husband and my 2 girls were staying at this hotel because we were going to the water park and while we were there for 3 days we only had room service once and the lady only sortof cleaned the bathrooms put cleaned towels and barely vacummed and the toilet was very hard to flush, because it looked like a gas staion type of toilet the ones that have a big stick as the plunger it wasn't that great of a stay. not for a family, for singles and bissuness i recomend an okay stay but not for family, i had to discenfect everything before we actually touched anything.

I noticed some of the other reviews listed this hotel as being dirty and worn out. I would disagree. It's not like a five star hotel or anything but it did the job and I didn't feel scared to touch anything in the room. It was clean and well-maintained during my stay. The location is very close to downtown Hot Springs. I would stay here again if I came back. There is not continental breakfast though. There is a restaurant that has a breakfast buffet with typical breakfast foods on it for $6.99. I'd skip that and go eat somewhere more fun.

I was in Hot Springs for a Spiritual conference. I wanted an inexpensive room that was clean, had a good bed, and really hot bath water. I got that, plus friendly service and a good breakfast place directly adjacent to the motel. The location is in an older part of town, but it seems to be pretty centrally located, which is really handy. Not a bad place to lay your head.

When I booked this room the check in time stated 2pm and I wanted to make sure I could have a late checkin because u usually have to specify if u want that. The lady I talked to was very nice. Once I got there the computers were down but the front desk had all my info and I got checked in fine. When i got in the room there was a glass of water on the night stand which was odd to me but no one said that they were sorry about it or explained how it got there. The internet was very very slow eventhough u had 3 to pick from and in the AM it was only fair reception and at night was good but not excelent on the status bar.

after having driven 4 hours to destination, checked in and went straight to room's restroom...which included the prior occupant's partially unflushed BM and pubic hair on toilet. Called front desk, who sent 3 maids...none of which spoke/understood English. Got toilet cleaned, but UNACCEPTABLE for over $107 per night! Would have changed hotels, but none other available for holiday weekend. Also, had motorcyclists in and out all night. Also had lizard on inside of room, camped out in air conditioner. IN all fairness, beds were clean. If room had been for a $40 night hotel, would have brought my Lysol and expected some untidiness...but for over $100...this was UNACEPATABLE. Will never stay here again.

we went to a motorcycle rally. The room needed some maintance, such as light bulbs and some carpet needed to be re-attached to the wall.

we didn't stay in our room much. we have stayed here before but the room this time was small. i felt closed in. the room had 2 entrance doors the door that faces the street had a broken security lock. also i saw a cockroach.
